• Unemployed or Precariously Employed:
  • We work with individuals who are unemployed or precariously employed, offering targeted education and support to help them secure stable employment. This includes customized training programs, employability assessments, and personalized career coaching.
• Support for Injury Recovered:
  • For individuals recovered from either traumatic or cumulative injuries and must pursue an alternative vocation, we provide assessments and retraining in new skills and career paths. Our goal is to facilitate a smooth transition into new, sustainable employment opportunities.
• Addiction Recovered:
  • We assist individuals recovered from addiction by offering educational support and directed training aimed at reintegrating them into the workforce. Our programs focus on not only job readiness but also on building resilience and self-sufficiency to ensure long-term success.
